Intese Speculation About Where Casey Anthony Will Settle http://www.nytimes.com/2011/07/17/us/17casey.html?scp=2&sq=casey%20anthony&st=cse

The negative publicity surrounding the verdict of the Casey Anthony trial and her release from jail is simply ones expression of disapproval and unjust rather than creating a plausible reason as to why she should remain in jail.
The whole country, watching this case unfold, had this dominant assumption that Casey Anthony was guilty of killing her daughter Caylee, but the trial would have a turn of events when the defense attorney Jose Baez gave his opening statements. He stated that Casey Anthony was a victim of sexual abuse inflicted on her by her father, George Anthony, and her brother as well. He continued by saying that George allegedly tried to cover Caylee’s death and told his daughter to keep quiet about the situation for 31 days.  So from the defenses side, Casey Anthony was the victim in all of this. She was taught to lie at a young age when her father would molest her and was also told to keep quiet about it as if nothing happened. So the defense attacked George Anthony right out of the gate. In Jose’s final opening statements, which set the tone for this trial, were that there was no clear evidence as to Caylee’s cause of death. That was the prosecutions biggest issue, not knowing exactly how she died. As the trial went on the jury was swayed more towards the defense. As the jury reached a verdict the entire courtroom as well as the world seemed to come to an alarming halt.  The jury found Casey Anthony not guilty of 1st degree murder, not guilty of aggravated child abuse, and not guilty of aggravated manslaughter of a child. Even though the jury spared Casey’s life, she was still found guilty on 4 counts of lying to law enforcement officials.
I got a chance to watch the jailhouse tapes, and there seemed to be even more information the jury never got to see until the trial was over. It was just more evidence showing how many lies she and possibly her family covered up. Not so much in the sense that she is a murderer. In one video, Casey was continuously complaining about how she was secluded from the outside world and being kept out of the loop of what’s going on; how hard it was for her the first 30 days in jail; no one to talk to, to understand her stress. She made a statement about Caylee about how she was going to be all right. “I could feel Caylee’s presence grow stronger as every day passed.” Clearly Casey and her parents both knew something regarding Caylees’s where-abouts. Now for 31 days no reports of Casey Anthony’s daughter missing was made. And for those 31 days Casey lived her life as if nothing was going on.
Ultimately the media fueled this trial and maybe uncovered a conspiracy involving George Anthony. May I remind you after the verdict was published, George and his wife abruptly left the courtroom, while the Casey Anthony defense team celebrated in victory. What I do not understand is why he decided to leave. There had to have been something else going on that the jury did not know. Maybe a flaw in his plan mad him nervous and he was not prepared for the worst case scenario.
The anticipation for the verdict of this trial was intense; and when the world got hold of the news, they immediately felt justice was not served. The closing arguments in my mind really changed the outcome of this trial. The prosecution had presented evidence that seemed too detailed to where the jury became confused at times. Whereas to the defense, Jose Baez presented his argument in a clear and  concise way where he connected all the pieces together and had the jury fully engaged. That made a difference.
So since Casey Anthony got to walk free at 12:11 am on July 17, 2011, is this case over? Or will this open up another one? The jury found her not guilty on 3 counts but did find her guilty of 4 counts all  from her lying to law enforcement. So who will the go after next; George Anthony? The goal of the defense's opening statement was to instill in the jurer's minds that he was an animal who molested his own daughter at a young age, covered up his granddaughter's death, and then tried to frame it on his daughter, Casey, for 1st degree murder. If this is true, then this plan backfired for George and now he must deal with the repercussions of it. In all honesty I do not know who to believe in this story. I also do not necessarily agree with the verdict given to Casey. So when will justice ever be served for Caylee?
Now that Casey Anthony is out of jail there may not be a safe place for her. She will not be able to sustain a reasonable job. The media will target her through pictures and interviews more than ever and society may not accept her for that. In fact many people intend to boycott anything involving Casey Anthony. Many people still feel they do not know the truth behind Caylee's death. We my not ever find her cause of death or any additional information involving witnesses or the Anthony family; but we did learn that she is a compulsive and pathological liar, who at times cannot realize the difference between her lies and the reality of the situation she is in. Casey Anthony is an enigma who needs to first seek help from a mental therapist and then work on fixing her life one step at a time

Personally i think she should have been guilty. If not for killing Caylee then for keeping it a secret from authorities. What mother in their right mind will keep her mouth shut about her child being killed? It’s insane, Casey was supposed to be the one who protected Caylee and be their when she most need. Like every mother should do. How could Casey have partied and had fun while she had the knowledge that her daughter was killed by her own father. Caylee’s grandfather to be it might just be a story. Killing a child is something that should not happen anymore and shouldn’t have happened.

I agree that Casey is a compulsive liar and now it is going to be hard for her to live a normal life. whether it be with just her social life or work. But regardless of the fact she was still found not guilty of murdering her daughter Caylee Marie Anthony and although she did make some mistakes people should just accept the fact that shes not guilty and let her live on with her life.
