Answer for Invasive Species: Put It on a Plate and Eat It by Elisabeth Rosenthal

Invasive species are any type of creature that takes over a certain area and population, by eating other species and their food. In the article Rosenthal is saying eating invasive species would most likely bring down the number of harmful species on the planet, and in this article the invasive specie being the: Loin Fish. As said in the article, "Humans are the most ubiquitous predators on Earth (Invasive Species, Rosenthal)." If you can have chefs promote this idea, why not?

In the article there was a point made that if eating invasive species became population people may bring certain species to areas where they don't exist, making a greater problem. As stated in the article the tilapia was imported into Latin America to control the weeds and bugs. Due to commercialization the species began to over populate the area.

As well as Dr. Kramer who was concerned that when fishermen are just out to catch the Lion Fish they will catch many other fish as well. In a way it will be a positive impact on decreasing the Lion Fish population, they may deplete another one.Lion Fish are also tricky to master, because you may not know what you’re getting. That's because they can not be taken from waters where microbes that produce the toxins is found, causing vomiting and neurological symptoms. As well as, having to remove the venomous spines from the Loin Fish, before sale.

I believe if invasive species were sold for consumption, it shouldn't be the Lion Fish, if there maybe negative factors.
