It's amazing how one man getting fired can cause such an uproar. After Joe Paterno was fired for the whole Sandusky incident, thousands of Penn State students formed together to create a riot. They call it a stampede. It's like an angry herd of animals that you do not want to be in front of when they are running your way. So many students were outraged for something Paterno got penalized for that they felt didn't need such serious repercussions. The fact that there are so many of them should show the impact Paterno had on this college

That article itself is very informative. Scweber gives little insight to his own opinion and keeps to the point of view of the students and the bystanders. It is interesting how he includes the bystander. It shows the audience how crazy these college student are behaving. However, by including the point of view of the college student we see a little insight as to why they are doing it. Yet another point of view are the freshman, who don't necessarily want to take part in the stampede, but want to watch it all as others destroy lamp posts and push over vans.
