On the Road comments

I thought this book was fun to read for the most part, save for the sadder, deeper parts. It seemed there was a pattern kind of. Like, Sal would explain what happened, and it would be exciting and fu, then he would reflect on how that made him feel, which was kind of sad sometimes. Kinda made you think deeply for a bit. Like when his veiew of his idol, his main-man Dean changes, seems like Sal sort of changed too. The story was still fun though. I started to read the other book, The Road, and everytime I read it I get a small stomach-ache. It's weird, but I swear its true, Jack Kerouac book is much better imo.
