More about Time

I found Sal uses places to represent time. During their travels, he never used time as a measuring point he used distance. like 50 miles from wherever, or a thousand miles from back home. The only time i noted he was thinking about his time, was when he was back in New York, and was looking at the cemeteries. There he realized he isnt going to last forever, and everyone dies someday. This is also taking place in Times Square, a place he visits more than once, maybe Sal needs to use places as references to time.
